Our Faith in Democracy Renewed
Dear Friends,
This election season has been challenging and critically important. The very values we share continue to be under attack. But, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Make no mistake…while the position in which we find ourselves brings great relief and hope, there are still many battles to fight! Tyranny, hostility, and persecution against people of faith will continue to persist. That’s why the Pacific Justice Institute—for nearly 30 years—proudly stands with you.
I encourage you remain committed to partnering with us in our efforts to live out our biblical responsibility of being salt and light:
- Pray for our country and those in elected positions
- Stay actively involved in your community (church, school board, business)
- Volunteer with faith-based organizations (PJI always appreciates our volunteers and their partnership with our mission)
- Give to faith-based, mission-focused organizations
And, even if the election results were otherwise, rest assured that Jesus is still Lord and His Kingdom continues to advance. Therefore, as we strive to be salt and light, let’s look to a better nation and kingdom ahead.
“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.” – Proverbs 14:34
Running the race,
