Lily Tang Williams today released the following statement:
Thank you to everyone who cast a vote for our campaign and our goal to keep the American Dream alive. I am grateful for the outpouring of support, especially in the last few weeks. I remain committed to fighting for a better future for our nation, and will continue to be a voice for holding our government accountable and demanding transparency and truth from our elected officials.
Thank you to Team Lily and my volunteers for all your support during this campaign. A very special thanks to my husband John and my three children- this journey would not have been possible without you.
America is a beacon of hope around the world because of the opportunity and freedoms it offers. We are all blessed to be Americans.

About Lily Tang Williams
Lily Tang Williams, born and raised in the Peoples Republic of China, a survivor of Mao's Cultural Revolution, came to the U.S. legally at age of 23 with only $100 in search of freedom and opportunity. Through hard work and the support of her new community, Lily overcame her language and cultural barriers and financial obstacles, going on to earn a Master's degree in Social Work and eventually starting her own business. Lily is living the American Dream. She is a mother of three adult children, a self-employed small businesswoman, and the 2024 Republican nominee for Congress in New Hampshire's Second Congressional District. Lily’s campaign slogan is “KEEP THE AMERICAN DREAM ALIVE.”
