As Election Day is coming to a close, the results for Washington's 8th District are still coming in.
While the remaining ballots are being counted, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. To every volunteer who knocked on doors, made calls, hosted events, and powered this campaign forward, I'm incredibly grateful. To everyone who cast a ballot in support of me, I'm deeply honored by your continued trust in me. I also want to recognize the tremendous work of our election officials who have been working tirelessly for weeks and months ahead of this historic election to deliver clear and complete results.
I haven't taken a single vote for granted. Until every vote is counted, we'll keep our focus on ensuring everyone's voice is heard.
I'm proud of what we've accomplished together. This campaign has been about choosing the right representation for our district, and my record reflects the dedication I have to Washington's 8th.
Serving as your representative is the privilege of a lifetime, and I'm hopeful that, once every vote is counted, I'll have the honor of continuing to serve you all in Congress.
