I’m sending you this tonight to remind you of this: The NDRC is able to make comprehensive investments in protecting our democracy because of your support. As the day winds down and we bring election season to a close, I hope you feel proud of this remarkable roster of Democracy Defenders that we’ve stood beside this year.

The NDRC did the legwork to identify the races where this team could make the biggest impact to defend our democracy. But we did this work and supported these candidates because of supporters like you, John.

Our work doesn’t end tonight. It doesn’t end when the winners are announced. We’ll pick back up tomorrow, no matter the results. We’ll keep working to protect the fair maps we have achieved, fight ongoing attempts to gerrymander, increase our national and state networks — and yes, prepare for the next election.
