It took ten years, but last week we settled our 2014 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. State Department that sought then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails regarding the Benghazi attack.

Dear Fellow American,

Never more important…that’s how I feel about Judicial Watch’s work right now!

And that means your support of our work…which makes possible everything we do to support the rule of law and fight public corruption…has never been more important either!

Here’s why I say that…and why I hope you will add to your generous support with a special contribution today!

Contribute

  • We were in federal court arguing that our lawsuit should continue against the City of Evanston, Illinois’ “reparations” programs that makes cash payments to black residents based on race, countering a motion by the city to dismiss it. Our legal case is simple and powerful

The Evanston reparations plan violates the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution and seeks to divide Americans against each other based on race. We will keep fighting for our colorblind Constitution wherever and whenever it is threatened by woke ideologues!

Contribute

  • A Judicial Watch lawsuit forced the release of records from the State Department that show officials in the Biden-Harris administration exchanging an article comparing Tucker Carlson’s interview with Vladimir Putin to Adolf Hitler’s handing out copies of Mein Kampf to newlyweds in Germany in the 1930s, and other derogatory comments about the interview.

Our lawsuit shows that the State Department clearly had it in for the conservative commentator, secretly briefed the press on his interview with Putin…and then tried to those briefings secret. This is clearly corrupt!

  • And as the S. Secret Service fails to protect Donald Trump, Secret Service documents we received from the Department of Homeland Security show that this politicized agency has made “diversity and inclusion” a priority that should be “demonstrated by all employees.”

All Americans…including presidential candidates …should be able to trust the Secret Service to focus on doing its job, not advancing the woke agenda! Stay tuned…Judicial Watch is on the case!

As we enter this all-important final quarter of the year, your additional help today would mean so much to us and to our mission. Your support is the lifeblood of our work.

Thank you, as always, for all you do to help us fight for you and the rule of law!

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
