James, while many of us wait for the results of this election, we have to remember why it may take so long to know the outcome.
The Electoral College is an outdated, racist, anti-democratic relic of the Jim Crow era. It heavily favors GOP candidates and handed Trump the presidency in 2016 even though he didn’t receive the most votes. It handed George W. Bush the presidency in 2000 (with an assist from the right-wing Supreme Court).
So, while the results may come down to just a handful of states no matter what the popular vote is, we say F*CK the Electoral College. And we put it on a sticker that we’re giving away for free!

If presidential elections were decided with the democratic principle of “One person, one vote,” VP Harris’ chances of becoming our next president would be much higher.
