The battle over California's unconstitutional Handgun Roster has now become a high-stakes race.

The State knows we're pressing the Supreme Court to repeal its de facto gun ban, and they've hatched a plan of their own: AB 2847.

AB 2847 would introduce a new requirement that for every handgun added to the Roster, THREE must be removed. 

This is one of the most aggressive steps we've seen California take yet to remove handguns from the Roster. 

And it raises the stakes in our case - Pena v. Horan - tenfold, Friend. They're literally trying to strip the Roster of almost all handguns.
