OLYMPIA -- The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) sends legal notifications on a quarterly basis. WMC served the below listed allopathic physicians or physician assistants with legal statements of charges (SOC). This notice is intended to comply with RCW 18.130.110. 

A complete listing of all legal actions can be found in the WMC newsletter.

Legal documents in these cases are available online by visiting the Washington Department of Provider Credential Search website. You can email WMC with questions about legal actions or visit our website wmc.wa.gov.

The purpose and responsibility of the WMC is to protect the public by ensuring quality healthcare is provided by physicians and physician assistants. The WMC establishes, monitors, and enforces qualifications for licensure, consistent standards of practice, and continuing competency. The WMC enhances the integrity of the medical profession through licensing, rule-making, discipline, and education.
