# [#]Dear John,

We are in the final stretch before Election Day and Democratic candidates are working tirelessly to beat extremist Republicans across the country. These races will be close, and that’s why every dollar of support makes a real difference in these districts as candidates get out their message and get out the vote on November 5th.

The DCCC’s Red Alert Program highlights 10 Frontline Members and Red to Blue candidates in extremely competitive districts. Your support could mean the difference in putting another ad up on TV and organizing their final GOTV push.
Help these Red Alert candidates win at the ballot box and take back the House Majority. [[link removed]]
Democrats only need to net four more seats in the House of Representatives to take back the Majority. I am asking YOU to contribute [[link removed]] to these 10 candidates, so we can take back the Speaker’s gavel from Republicans and get to work for the American people.
DCCC Red Alert Round #5
Red to Blue Candidates:
Amish Shah (AZ-01)
Rudy Salas (CA-22)
Derek Tran (CA-45)
Christina Bohannan (IA-01)
Lanon Baccam (IA-03)
Tony Vargas (NE-02)
Josh Riley (NY-19)
John Mannion (NY-22)
Janelle Bynum (OR-05)
Missy Cotter Smasal (VA-02)
Rudy Salas (CA-22), Christina Bohannan (IA-01) and Lanon Baccam (IA-03) are working hard in their districts to ensure they are on the winning end of what will be tight races. Last cycle Rudy lost by just over 3,000 votes, and IA-01 and IA-03 were two of the closest races in the country, being decided by just 6 votes and less than 1% respectively. They can’t take anything for granted in the home stretch!

Amish Shah’s (AZ-01) opponent barely squeaked by in 2022, despite the expected red wave, winning by fewer than 3,200 votes. This cycle, polling shows this Biden district is tied and Amish takes a lead after voters hear his message.

Tony Vargas is running in NE-02, a critical seat for the presidential election as its singular Electoral College vote could be the difference in November.

These New York candidates need your help to flip their seats – Josh Riley (NY-19) and John Mannion (NY-22) are running formidable campaigns in winnable districts.
These candidates are running in the toughest districts where your support will have an immediate impact. [[link removed]]
Republicans are spending MILLIONS against Derek Tran (CA-45) and Janelle Bynum (OR-05). They have dumped over $14 million in Tran’s district, and are prepared to spend over $11 million against Janelle. These campaigns need help in the home stretch to hold their Republican opponents accountable and flip these seats blue!

Missy Cotter Smasal (VA-02) is a veteran and small business owner running against extremist Jen Kiggans who calls Marjorie Taylor Greene her “teammate”. Missy is gaining momentum in this district Democrats have won in the past, and needs your help in the final push.
Can you help these candidates today? [[link removed]]
