In a few hours, the polls will close in Maryland and we'll wait for the results that will decide my Senate race.
Yumi and I proudly cast our ballots this morning at Davidsonville Elementary in Anne Arundel County, and I hope you will make your voice heard in this election as well before the polls close tonight.
Because people like you stepped up, we are finishing this campaign with full hearts.
Your support has played an incredible role in getting us to this day–from winning the Primary Election back in May, to debate night, organizing hundreds of campaign stops in every corner of Maryland, and so much more.
Now, with just a few hours left in this election and all eyes on Maryland, it is critical we have all hands on deck during this final stretch.
My opponent and her national allies have made this the most expensive race I’ve ever run–and one of the most expensive in our state’s history. They’ve invested record amounts of resources into Maryland, and we’ve been able to put up a fight only because of grassroots supporters like you who have stood by my side.
You may not realize how big of an impact grassroots donations make on my race, but I want to assure you that every dollar adds up. We’ve created a movement for the future of our state and our country, made up of people like you and me who are giving it everything we've got.
Whether it was a donation of $1 or even $1,000 or more, the only way we can build a war chest to win this race and return strong, independent leadership to Washington is when everyone steps up.
As we look to the final hours of my campaign, we are not slowing down. We are working for every vote and running through the tape. We have come so far in this race, and it’s too late to hold back now.
We have an incredible chance to reject the political attacks, partisanship, and dysfunction in our country, and put country over party and people over politics once again. I’m so grateful to have you by my side in this fight.
Thank you for being a key member of my team.

A Personal Message from Governor Larry Hogan:
Hi, it’s Governor Larry Hogan.
When I launched my campaign for the U.S. Senate, I did so with a deep resolve to maintain the leadership style and principles that guided me during my eight years as governor.
Fifty years ago, my father, Maryland Congressman Larry Hogan Sr. made a tough decision. He became the first Republican to come out for the impeachment of President Nixon. He put aside party politics and his own personal considerations and stepped up to do the right thing for Maryland and the nation.
Today, Washington is completely broken because that kind of leadership and willingness to put country over party has become far too rare. But it’s not in my nature to sit back and watch the dysfunction continue without doing what I can to roll up my sleeves and get to work.
I’m under no illusion this will be an easy road. But I’m no stranger to uphill battles, and I know I can’t do it without your support.
I don't aspire to be a United States senator. I don’t need a title and I don’t need a job, but I’m more concerned than ever about the direction of the country and I have become more convinced that I can make a difference by taking the approach and style of leadership I had during my eight years as governor to Washington.
It’s no surprise this mindset has made me a target of the Washington partisans. Despite early polls showing a lead, I know I’m the underdog in this race. And that’s why your support TODAY is so crucial.
For eight years, we proved that the toxic politics that divide our nation didn’t need to divide our state, and we got results! Let’s get back to work again and send a message to Washington that will be heard loud and clear across the country!
