Hi John,
Today’s the day. Happy election day! This year it’s crucial that we vote for climate, so Oregon can continue being a leader on climate regardless of what happens at the federal level. We need everyone’s voice in this election, so I wanted to send you all one last reminder to vote if you haven’t already.
There are two ways to return your ballot:
1. Drop your ballot off in person at the post office! Hand it to an attendant and make sure it’s postmarked by today (November 5th).
2. Use an official dropbox [[link removed]]! As long as you are in line at an official dropbox location by 8pm today (November 5th), your ballot will be accepted.
To check which candidates on your ballot will stand up for climate action, environmental protections, public health, and democracy, take a look at LCV Action Fund’s 2024 Climate Candidate Guide here [[link removed]}! You can also see all of OLCV’s official endorsements here [[link removed]] and check out our Environmental Voter Guides here [[link removed]]. For any questions you may have about voting, take a look at our Voter Resources here [[link removed]]. If you need assistance voting or have further questions, contact your county elections office here: [link removed].
Get out now and drop your ballot off in person at the post office or at a dropbox by 8pm tonight. Don’t let your vote go to waste - it’s your right!
Thank you for using your voice for our climate!
Sincerely,
Britney VanCitters
