Itukdi wigwa (good day),
Election Day is finally here. I submitted my ballot to a dropbox here in Bellingham.
I want to personally thank you for all that you have done during this election cycle. Along with our team, we cannot do this work without supporters like you. I know you’ve received so many emails and texts, but we are so grateful you are in our community.
My final GOTV reminder to you (if you need it): Please return your ballot to a dropbox by 8 p.m. tonight. Track your ballot in your voter portal [[link removed]] to make sure it is counted. We’re anticipating a historic voter turnout here in Washington State. Be part of that!

Every dollar spent, call made, door knocked, conversation shared is for this moment. We got Dave Upthegrove through the primary. We launched an ambitious voter engagement campaign and gathered more than 56,000 pledges to vote. We campaigned to defeat I-2066 and I-2117. We built an unprecedented grassroots coalition including Tribal Nations, healthcare workers, farmers, and labor unions. And Native Vote Washington was hard at work driving voter turnout in Tribal nations and Native communities across the state.
The work will not stop on Election Day. But for now, take care of yourself today. Take a moment of quiet to yourself to take deep breaths and just connect to yourself and the Earth.
Regardless of the outcome of this election, I hope you’re proud of our efforts together to strengthen democracy and protect people and nature as one.
