John,
Today is Election Day, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported this campaign. To all our donors, volunteers, and organizers on the ground—thank you. And to the Democratic parties of Cuyahoga, Medina, Wayne, and Holmes Counties (and cities in the counties), I deeply appreciate your endorsements and steadfast support.
Special thanks to the organizations who championed our campaign, including Moms Demand Action, the League of Women Voters, Democrats Empower Medina, Medina Mavens, Indivisible Strongsville, and so many others. If I missed you here, know that your support has been invaluable. And to the labor unions standing by us as we fight for workers' rights—thank you.
To our incredible campaign team: Nicole, our Operations Director, who dedicated herself over two cycles; the folks at 1833, our advisors and friends; Sonya, our financial director; and Statecraft, our digital team—thank you for your unwavering dedication. And to everyone who supported us in countless ways—from hosting fundraisers and knocking on doors to writing policy and setting up signs—thank you. Each of you has been essential to this movement, and I am truly grateful.
Important issues are on and off the ballot this election, and whatever today’s results bring, I know we’ve laid a strong foundation for positive change in Ohio. I’m proud of the growth in grassroots organization across Northeast Ohio, which shows the strength and resilience of voters who want what’s best for our families, economy, futures, children, and seniors.

Regardless of today’s outcome, I look forward to continuing to work toward a better Northeast Ohio.
Thank you, and let’s keep going to Make Congress Work Again.
