Choice is very clear!   Pitch in to Help Elect President Trump   30 Second Message from Chairman George Harris DOJ Interference in Texas Elections   Texas is suing the Biden-Harris Administration and the U.S. Department of Justice for dispatching federal agents to “monitor” Texas elections without any legal authority and in violation of State law. On November 1, just four days before Election Day, DOJ announced that it would specifically target polling locations and central count locations in eight Texas counties, including Atascosa, Bexar, Dallas, Frio, Harris, Hays, Palo Pinto, and Waller. However, no federal statute authorizes the Biden-Harris Administration to dispatch federal agents to “monitor” State elections when they are prohibited by State laws. We thank AG Ken Paxton and our Statewide elected officials for their strong stand against Harris DOJ interference in Texas elections. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has deployed an Election Day Rapid Response Legal Team in major counties throughout the State to monitor day-of election activity and address litigation arising from the election, as necessary. The Election Day Rapid Response Legal Team will be equipped to enforce Texas election laws and take immediate action on any contingencies, including issues seen in previous cycles such as ballot shortages, extended polling location closures, and improper extension of voting hours. Similarly, the OAG will prepare to take defensive action against activist groups who might attempt to influence the election through litigation.
