Today - Tuesday, Nov. 5th - is Election Day, and the polls are open in New York City from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Click here to find your polling location, and click here to see a list of the candidates on the ballot as well as the ballot proposals on the back (be sure to flip your ballot over to vote on the ballot proposals).

Peggy Shepard will participate in the opening panel discussion at the Yale Center for Environmental Justice’s 6th annual Global Environmental Justice Conference, Environmental Joy: Roadmaps for Resistance, Resilience, and Thriving. She will join Richard Moore, Co-Coordinator of Los Jardines Institute & fellow Co-Chair of the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council, to speak about ways of finding joy as we pursue environmental justice in what may be a new political landscape.
