John, today is the day – Election Day!
You’re going to be receiving a lot of emails today, and I appreciate you reading this thank-you note from us here at Run for Something because we wouldn’t be where we are today without your support. Thank you for everything you’ve done to support our candidates leading up to this pivotal moment.
Thanks to people like you, Run for Something has helped get over 400 progressive candidates on the ballot today, all of them ready to bring real change to their communities and shake up our nation for the better. Together, we’ve filled up the ticket with:

It’s absolutely incredible to see such a wide range of voices stepping up to lead in their communities – and it wouldn’t be possible without your commitment to electing these progressive champions.
While today is definitely a HUGE moment for our country, our work doesn’t end here. In fact, we’re playing the long game. Win or lose, we’re going to keep recruiting, training and electing the next generation of leaders, even after Election Day has come and gone.
