It’s Election Day today! The question at the top of your mind may be who our next president will be, but voters today will also select legislators at the federal and state levels.
Additionally, we encourage you to vote "No" on the "Eligibility to Vote" constitutional amendment question . Your "no" vote shows your support for maintaining the guarantee that "every" U.S. citizen has the right to vote. If the amendment passes, it would open the doors to limitations on our right to vote in the future.
Today, let’s not settle for just casting our vote; let’s make sure the people we love vote, too. We’re asking you to contact three friends or family members to remind them to vote.
If they need help finding their polling place, knowing what to take with them, or even what local races are on their ballot, send them to MyVote Wisconsin [[link removed]] , which will answer all those questions and more.
If we each remind three friends to participate in today’s election , we’ll be stronger than ever.
Let’s make our voices heard…and remind our loved ones to use their voices, too.
