It all comes down to this final day, marking an inflection point in American history and humanity. We have not only fought during this election cycle but have also stood against fascism for almost a decade. Today, we will fight together until the very end in this crucial chapter of our struggle.
I believe there are more of us who stand for kindness, human rights, and compassion than those who embrace darkness and cruelty. A pluralistic, multiracial democracy, where everyone is included and empowered to achieve their best selves, is not only worth fighting for but can thrive for generations.
I believe in the promise of America, and Kamala Harris and all our Democratic leaders are united in realizing that promise. Every moment we have volunteered has brought us closer to that vision. I’m confident we will succeed and tell future generations what we did when everything was at stake. Together we fought, and together we will win. We will defeat Trump and his MAGA Republicans here in Brooklyn. We are not going back; we are only moving forward.
I believe that we will win.
