We Have An Opportunity to Change the Country

Townhall: Tomorrow is finally Election Day, and millions of Americans will head to the polls to elect the next president of the United States. Saying this presidential election is the most important in our country’s history is an understatement. Will we choose free speech over censorship? Economic prosperity over economic ruin? Secure borders over open borders? Stability around the globe over war and chaos? The choice is clear. Donald Trump must win the White House. This nation cannot survive another four to eight years of a Kamala Harris administration (Townhall). Tom Cotton: Remember, Kamala Harris tried to force employers to fire every American who declined to get the COVID vaccine & boosters. Only the Supreme Court stopped her. She would do it again. Vote Trump (X). Greg Price: Jobs added last month: 12,000. Illegals who crossed the border last month: 56,580. Vote this out of office tomorrow (X).

Megyn Kelly Delivers Powerful Final Message at Trump Rally in Pennsylvania
OANN: Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly joined former President Donald Trump on his second to last stop before the November 5th election. Kelly joined Trump during his Pennsylvania stop on Monday night. The conservative media personality first mentioned how she loves to prove Mark Cuban wrong. She went on, maintaining that Trump is a “protector of women” and soon after, began reciting the names of a number of American women who have been murdered by undocumented migrants under the Biden-Harris administration. Kelly later noted that Trump will keep women safe by keeping biological males out of women’s “sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms” (OANN). Clay Travis: So Megyn Kelly just said she had to speak at tonight’s Trump rally to prove Mark Cuban wrong by being yet another strong, intelligent woman supporting Trump. Watch this (X). Will Chamberlain: Joe Rogan’s endorsement might be more consequential, but Megyn Kelly just delivered the most persuasive case for Trump that I’ve ever seen. Watch the whole thing (X).

Biden, Harris Spending Billions to Avoid Critical Error of Inflation Reduction Act Just Before the Election
Just the News: Democrats were confronted earlier this year with a terrifying reality: a cap on out-of-pocket costs for patients to limit Medicare drug spending passed as part of Biden’s signature Inflation Reduction Act was set to spike premiums for millions of senior citizens just weeks before the 2024 presidential election. To avoid the political catastrophe of presiding over major premium increases in the middle of a closely contested election, the Biden-Harris administration used its authority to reroute appropriated funding to subsidize the premiums for seniors until after the election. The administration’s $5 billion budget gimmick kicked the proverbial can down the road, but only adds to the estimated possible $20 billion in additional spending over three years to cover up the unintended consequences of one of the Biden-Harris administration’s signature laws (Just the News). AMAC CEO Rebecca Weber: They created a new program that’s going to send billions to health insurance companies. Okay, to temporarily offset the premium increases. So what they’re really doing and one could really say that they’re buying, off big insurance companies right before an election. And taxpayers, this is important that people understanding it, taxpayers are footing the bill today, seniors will pay the price tomorrow (AMAC).

Kamala Harris Closes Her Campaign With Vowing to Enact Communist Price Controls
Katie Pavlich: When Vice President Kamala Harris helped boot President Joe Biden from the 2024 campaign trail over the summer, she was forced to come up with some kind of economic policy plan. In her first economic policy proposal in August, Harris offered communist-style price controls as a solution to the inflation crisis she helped create through massive and unnecessary federal government spending by the Biden-Harris administration. Her position on “price gouging” regulation was widely panned, even by Democrats. And yet, as part of her final pitch to voters just 24 hours from Election Day, Harris is still campaigning on so-called price controls (Townhall). Craig Chamberlin: The Harris campaign is trying to convince everyone supermarkets are price gouging – and price controls will fix the problem. The data doesn’t match their claim. The actual profit margin for grocery stores remain between a very low 1 and 3% while grocery prices have skyrocketed (X).

Security Measures Ramp Up Across the Nation Just Before the Election
The fact this has to happen is incredibly sad. Just the News: As Election Day is just days away, Washington, D.C., Michigan, Georgia and other states around the U.S. are ramping up security, as massive protests are expected no matter who wins. In the deep-blue cities of Philadelphia, Atlanta and Detroit, security measures are taking place to keep election officials safe. In Detroit and Atlanta, some campaign offices have installed bullet-proof glass protecting election offices. In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a warehouse that counts ballots has fencing around it topped with barbed wire (Just the News). Townhall: Secret Service erected metal fencing around the White House, U.S. Capitol, and Vice President Kamala Harris’ Washington D.C. residence, and put security measures in place around the convention center in Florida where former President Donald Trump will hold an election-night event (Townhall).

New York’s New Voting Law Hands Tons of New Power to AG Letitia James
National Review: New York attorney general Letitia James recently gained an unprecedented level of control over elections in the Empire State through a new requirement that undermines the state’s bipartisan board of elections. A controversial provision of the New York Voting Rights Act went into effect on September 22, requiring certain local governments to obtain “preclearance” from the Democratic attorney general or a state court before making any changes to the election or voting process. Any significant changes, including moving poll sites or removing deceased voters from registration records, must be officially precleared. Instead of answering to the bipartisan board of elections, local jurisdictions will have to seek approval from James first (National Review). Senior Policy Analyst J Michael Waller: If America was a foreign country, the State Department would have sanctioned us: New York Voting-Rights Law Gives State AG Unprecedented Control over Election Rules (X).

Trump Announces Steep Tariffs If Mexico Does Not Address Immigration, Drug Crises
New York Post: Former President Donald Trump vowed Monday that if he is re-elected, he will immediately slap a 25% tariff on Mexico if it fails to stem the flood of illegal migrants across the border. After boasting about his rapport with former Mexico President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, Trump, 78, contended that he would have a tough call with Obrador’s successor, Claudia Sheinbaum, about the border crisis if he wins the presidential election. Trump conveyed strong confidence that his ultimatum against Mexico would succeed (New York Post). RSBN: President Trump promises to immediately impose a 25% tariff on Mexico unless they stop the flow of crime, drugs into the US (X).

Kamala Harris Refuses to Give Position on Crime Bill in California
Ed Morrissey: Californians go to the polls tomorrow with more than just a presidential election in mind. A new referendum aims to reverse the 2014 progressive initiative Prop 47 that turned retail theft into a new industry in the Golden State. A decade of decline and crime later, Californians got so disgusted with the law that they forced a new proposition onto the ballot to stiffen penalties and enforcement against theft, over the objections of Gavin Newsom and the Democrat establishment in California. Kamala Harris played a role in the passage of Prop 47 too. As late as last week, Harris touted her experience as a prosecutor and AG as the reason for voters to trust her as president. So what does she think about reversing Prop 47? Harris held a press avail to announce that she’d cast her absentee ballot … but clammed up when asked about her vote on Prop 36 (HotAir). Alex Thompson: Harris dodges if she voted for CA’s prop 36–a measure to up crime/drug penalties. “I am not gonna talk about the vote on that because, honestly, it’s the Sunday before the election and I don’t intend to create an endorsement one way or the other” (X).

Algerian Boxer Who Won Gold Medal in Olympics Confirmed to Be a Man
Free Press Journal: Controversial Algerian boxer Imane Khelif has once again emerged in the news as a French journalist reportedly gained an access to a medical report, which claims that the athlete has testicles. The development follows just months after the 25-year-old claimed gold in the 66 KG Boxing event of the Paris 2024 Olympics and repeatedly claimed to be a woman. Expert endocrinologists Soumaya Fedala and Jacques Young have prepared a report, which states that Khelif has 5-alpha reductase deficiency, a sexual development disorder found in biological males. In October, French journalist Djaffar Ait Aoudia had gained a copy of the thorough physical examination conducted on the athlete (Free Press Journal). Riley Gaines: Remember the man who won an Olympic gold medal in women’s boxing? His medical reports show he has XY chromosomes, male testosterone levels, testicles, & a micropenis. But that never mattered—they believe that words & feelings make you woman, not biology (X).
