Dear PowerPAC family,
On the night before this election, I want to pause and recognize the tremendous work we’ve done together. We’ve put in the hours, the heart, the sweat, and sometimes even the tears. Every door we’ve knocked on, every phone call made, every message shared—all those moments have been a powerful investment in a more just and equitable future. And, regardless of the outcome tomorrow, I am so incredibly proud of each and every one of you for showing up and fighting for what matters.
In this world, true change doesn’t come easy.
It’s been a marathon, not a sprint. But here’s something we need to remember: after the race, the body and the mind need a break, a breather, and time to replenish. Because we can’t fight effectively when we’re running on empty. So I’m asking all of us, myself included, to take a beat to restore, to regroup, and to refuel.
If the results swing our way, let’s take a moment to celebrate—and still carve out time for the self-care we’ve all more than earned. And if the outcome isn’t what we’ve hoped, it’ll be all the more reason to find strength in rest. We’ll need to dig in again, with fresh energy, to press forward and keep pushing back against any attempt to pull us back.
We’re here to stay, and we’re here to keep building a future that holds everyone up.
