This is the third time we’ve hosted Congress Comes To You and this time we’ll have fewer members who can go into much deeper detail about the truly unprecedented work they are doing everyday. On May 20, you’ll hear from two of the brightest stars in the House Problem Solvers Caucus: Virginia Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D) and South Dakota Rep. Dusty Johnson (R). Both are in their first term and both embody the kind of bold bipartisanship leadership that’s necessary to get America through this pandemic.

Recently the Problem Solvers Caucus hosted the first ever Virtual Congress. With Congress out of session, the Problem Solvers took the initiative, invited colleagues from across the aisle and held a vigorous debate on several issues including the pressing priority of delivering aid to state and local governments. On May 20, you’ll hear from Representatives Spanberger and Johnson speak about the Virtual Congress and how it may permanently change how the institution operates in the future. 

To moderate our May 20 discussion with these Problem Solvers, we’ll have longtime No Labels supporter and Panera Bread Founder Ron Shaich. He’ll be asking the representatives about their work and about the historic legislative partnership they are building with their bipartisan colleagues in the Senate.
