Dear John
Tomorrow is Election Day! In less than 12 hours, polling locations will open across Virginia.
Listen, I get it. This election season has been stressful. It's easy to want to sit out and watch it go by without you. But the past few weeks i've been repeating one thing over and over -- voting is a form of harm reduction and community care .
With my vote (which I will cast tomorrow!), i'm voting for pro-equality candidates that will best allow me to advocate for our community. This year, we keep us safe means we keep us safe by voting.
Here's what you need to know:
*
Polls

at
6:00

and
close
at
7:00
PM
.
As
long
as
you're
in
line
by

PM,
you're
allowed
to
vote.
*
Virginia

meaning
an
ID
is
only
required
to
confirm
a

name
and
not
their

identity
or
gender
expression.
*
If
you
still
have
an
absentee
ballot--
complete
it
and
return
it
to
a
ballot
drop-off
location!
*
Virginia
allows
same-day
voter
registration
.
If
you’re
not
registered
to

you
can
register
and
vote
at
your

location
on
Election
Day!
