Tomorrow is Election Day, so I wanted to take a moment and give you one last update before voting centers across CA-41 are open.
But most importantly, I’m writing to say thank you.
We’ve accomplished so much since our launch last year, and this campaign would not have been possible without your ongoing support. Whether you contributed, volunteered, or even just told a friend or neighbor in CA-41 about our campaign – it all adds up to a winning effort. I’m so humbled to have you as a member of this team.
I made the decision to run for Congress because I love this country, and I believe we need a new generation of leaders who will put people over politics to protect our democracy and deliver for all Americans.
Our nation is confronting a brand of political extremism that thrives off division and distrust in our institutions. If we’re going to turn the page and get back to bipartisan leadership that protects our democracy and focuses on the issues facing the American people, it starts by ousting guys like Ken Calvert.
This race has always been about holding the corrupt accountable and stopping extremism so we can get to work for you, the people. Only then can we move forward on the issues that matter -- improving health care access, growing our economy, saving our planet from the climate crisis, and so much more.
We’re in a strong position heading into the big day, and there's no doubt that with you by our side, we can win. But I need to ask one last time before the polls open:
Will you make a closing contribution to help power our movement until the polls close tomorrow? Any amount you can spare will help our field team turn out our supporters on the final day of this toss-up race.
