Friend,
Before the polls open tomorrow morning, I wanted to take a moment to extend my sincere gratitude to all of you for being a part of our campaign. We’ve accomplished so much, and none of it would have been possible without your support.
Representing the men and women of IL-17 has always been personal for me: I was born and raised in this district. I served the residents of our district as a meteorologist for years, helping people prepare for their days.
Because my roots here are so deep, I’m intimately familiar with the problems that the residents of Northwest and Central Illinois are facing. And I’ll continue to work every day to address these issues and improve the lives of our constituents.
No matter what happens tomorrow, I am humbled and inspired by the hard work, time, and passion each one of you has brought to this effort to keep a trusted voice representing Illinois’ 17th District in Congress.
Because of you, we feel like we can overcome National Republicans trying to buy this seat, but we still need to finish strong.
