Amended and New State and Local Laws and Guidance on Paid Sick Days in Response to COVID-19
CLASP has compiled the states and localities across the country that have amended, expanded, or developed new paid sick days laws and guidance in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the overview of these new or updated laws, CLASP describes who would be eligible under these laws, allowable reasons for leave, and amount of leave.
U.S. DOL Regulation and Guidance on FFCRA's Paid Sick Days and Paid Leave Provisions
