Council to discuss credit mobility of today’s students at final meeting of 2024

Olympia—At its final meeting of the year, the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) will discuss its 2025 plans and hear education sector partners' plans for the upcoming year.

The Council will also discuss policy researcher Amy Ellen Duke-Benfield’s brief on credit mobility, which describes this generation of students as more mobile and diverse, balancing work, family and education responsibilities, and often having some college but no credential. The Council will discuss how the higher education ecosystem can adapt to the unique needs of today’s students.

The meeting will take place via Zoom on Nov. 12 at 9 a.m. Registration is required.
