It's no secret that ever since the Affordable Care Act passed the Senate nine years ago - the GOP has been on an all-out mission to destroy and dismantle this law that is helping keep families from having to choose between keeping a roof over their heads or lifesaving treatment.

And it has only gotten worse since the day Mitch McConnell became majority leader and Donald Trump was elected president. At the top of the Trump-McConnell agenda is sabotaging our health care. They've made repealing the ACA a rallying cry to their base.

Now, the Trump administration is attempting to dismantle the ACA in federal court. If they're successful, as many as 20 million Americans - including 400,000 Nevadans - could be ruthlessly kicked off their health insurance plan. And those with preexisting conditions could no longer have the protections they deserve and be denied coverage for simply having one. That's why I need your help to send a clear message that this grassroots team will do whatever it takes to organize and fight back against this despicable legal assault on our care.

Can I count on you to step up and add your name - once again - to tell Mitch McConnell, Donald Trump and the GOP that they need to reverse course and protect our health care?

Let's not forget that with an election year around the corner - and both Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump running for reelection - their attacks on our health care will no doubt become even more relentless.
