John,
Election Day is tomorrow! Have you voted yet? Have you asked your friends and family to vote?
Many states and counties have important ballot measures on issues like abortion, housing, incarceration, voting rights, and more. Voting is one of the ways we can make our voices heard and take steps to build the world we all deserve, from the local level and state level to the federal level.
To find your polling place for where you can vote on Election Day, find your state here. If you’d like additional voter information, you can select your state on this page.
If you need a ride to the polls:
Lyft is offering discounted rideshares, bikeshares, and scooters using the code VOTE24 on November 5 from 5 am to 10 pm (50% discount up to $10). More information here.
Uber is also offering 50% off rides to your polling place (up to $10) when you use their ‘Go Vote’ tile to book a ride. You can find more information here.
The bike & scooter rental company Lime is also offering two free 30-minute rides to your polling location and back using the promo code VOTE2024. Find more info here if you’d like.
And finally, if you have trouble voting or experience any voter intimidation, please call or text 866-OUR-VOTE (866-687-8683) to speak with a trained Election Protection volunteer.
For voter support in Arabic, call 844-YALLA-US (844-925-5287). For help in Spanish, you can call 888-VE-Y-VOTA (888-839-8682). And for assistance in Bengali, Cantonese, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin, Tagalog, Urdu, or Vietnamese call 888-API-VOTE (888-274-8683).
Thank you for making your voice heard and sharing this information with your loved ones!
I’ve been honored to serve you in Congress for three terms so far, and I’m grateful to have you by my side in the movement to create a society where everyone can thrive. No matter what happens in this election, let’s keep working together to build a government that works for the people, not just far-right billionaires.
In solidarity,
Rashida
