After the Post Office refused to bend to Trump’s will, he just appointed one of his biggest Republican donors to run it instead.
 
John, your local Post Office is at grave risk if we don’t act immediately.
 
 
First, Trump threatened to defund the Post Office if they didn’t bend to his will.
 
Now, he just appointed one of his biggest donors to be Postmaster General to destroy it from the inside.
 
 
John, just when I think this president can’t sink any lower:
 
He asserts his dominance and uses our Post Office as his political pawn.
 
Medicine, critical supplies, correspondence between families separated by this virus -- ALL rely on the Post Office and ALL will be harmed if Trump gets his way.
 
I know there’s so much competing for our attention right now, but we can’t ignore this.
