Tomorrow, November 5th is Election Day, and we need to reach more voters to help elect my good friend Cynthia Marie Chapa to the 4th Court of Appeals, Place 3. I’ve known Cynthia a long time and can tell you she is just and fair, and has the experience and commitment needed on the court.
