John,

Tomorrow is Election Day! Countless New Yorkers have stepped up to the polls, making their voices heard in support of immigrant rights during this year’s momentous election.

If you haven’t made a plan to vote, there’s still time to cast your ballot! Before heading to the polls, find out your Election Day polling site and find what’s on your ballot by clicking here. Polls are open from 6am to 9pm tomorrow.

See What’s on Your Ballot!
New Yorkers can expect to vote for the President and Vice President, U.S. Congress, NY State Congress, judges, and ballot proposals.

One of the proposals all New Yorkers will see is Prop 1, which ensures that all New Yorkers are protected against discrimination by the government, regardless of their nation of origin, age, ethnicity, pregnancy status, disability status, or queer identity.

As attacks on our communities increase, voting ‘YES’ on Prop 1 will help ensure that New Yorkers' equal rights are protected. Voters in New York City will see five more proposals on their ballot. We recommend voting ‘NO’ on Props 2-6 to ensure the checks and balances on our city government, in particular the NYC Mayor, remain in place to ensure the health of our local democracy.

By participating in the electoral process, you are becoming part of a powerful movement that amplifies immigrant voices and fosters a more equitable and inclusive New York for everyone.
