Last fall, a San Francisco jury ruled against me in a rigged lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion provider.

Now, after months of legal arguments, a final judgement has been handed down. I am being held “severally liable” for a judgement of more than $1.5 MILLION, plus what is expected to be millions more in attorneys fees.

This is a devastating blow to me and to Operation Rescue. But the fight isn’t over yet.

I have been called by God to fight for the unborn, and I will continue to do just that until my dying breath. It all starts with an appeal of this bogus judgment, which is coming very soon.

As a founding board member of the Center for Medical Progress, I, along with David Daleiden, Albin Rhomberg, Sandra Merritt, and others, exposed shocking conversations between undercover pro-life journalists and Planned Parenthood executives.

These abortion execs haggled to obtain top dollar for baby body parts — “specimens” in the eyes of Planned Parenthood — supplied to middle-man organ procurement companies.

They admitted to altering their procedures to harvest the most “profitable” parts of an innocent child’s body.

You may even recall that one abortionist stated her intention to purchase a Lamborghini with her earnings from the sale of fetal tissue.

Yet here I am, being saddled with $1.5 million in damages, and MILLIONS more to come in attorneys fees.

Along with my fellow defendants, I’ll face a second trial, likely later this year.

This second case, filed by the National Abortion Federation, focuses on preventing the release of additional undercover footage. It’s been nearly five years since the initial evidence against the abortion industry was released, and they’re fighting tooth and nail to prevent the world from seeing further evidence of their horrific wrongdoings.

They know that we’re sitting on evidence that could end their reign of terror for good, and they’re trying to silence us.

During my trial in the liberal bastion of California last fall, the nation’s largest abortion provider went on the record and did NOT deny that they sell aborted baby body parts for profit. They did NOT deny that our video evidence was authentic.

But Planned Parenthood wants to make me to pay a heavy price for exposing their disgusting and illegal business practices. They want to make an example of me so that intrepid investigators are too afraid to learn and expose more about the sordid truth of their illegal babies-for-cash scheme.

We can’t let that happen. We can’t let them conceal their ghoulish work in the shadows and punish those who dare try to shine the light of truth on them!
