LONDON, SUNDAY: A SEA OF BLUE 📢✊
Wow, the March for Clean Water [[link removed]] this weekend was EPIC. Were you there, John?
More than 15,000 water lovers descended on the capital to shout our message loud and clear to parliament and the polluters: "WE WANT CLEAN WATER, NOW!".
And the sight was so inspiring to see. From the 3am coaches from Cornwall, to the Saturday travellers from Scotland, and all corners of the UK in between, a sea of blue swept through the capital.
We marched across the Thames and straight into Parliament Square, placards waving, drumbeats drumming, with unbrilded passion to stand-up, speak-out and put our bodies on the line to protect our precious wild waters from those complicit in their destruction.
Ahead of the march, we not only projected 'Cut the Crap' [[link removed]] onto parliament, but told the government, in no-uncertain terms, exactly what we demand of them.
This op-ed in the Mirror [[link removed]], by Giles, our chief exec, is essential reading for Keir Starmer, Steve Reed and the whole Labour government. Yes, you're saying the right things but you've got to walk the walk too. And we will not stand silently by while your ambitions to end sewage pollution are eroded by the industry lobbyists.

The momentum for this weekend's epic action hasn't come from nowhere. It's the result of years of graft and hard campaigning - so thank you for all that you do 🙌🙌🙌
As a charity, we can only create these momentous waves of change because of the funds our epic membership community provides.
So, John, if you can, we'd love for you to help keep this groundswell going and join the SAS membership community, today.
