NY Governor Kathy Hochul Labels Republicans “Anti-American”

This is their closing argument as people go to the polls. National Review: Governor Kathy Hochul (D., N.Y.) did not mince words when describing how she feels about the New Yorkers voting for her political opponents. Hochul appeared on MSNBC Saturday to discuss former president Donald Trump’s Madison Square Garden campaign rally last weekend and linked it to Republicans running in her state… Her pronouncement immediately drew outrage from New York Republicans, who objected to Hochul questioning the patriotism of Trump voters (National Review). Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY): First, they called us “Deplorables.” Then, they called us “Nazis.” Then, Joe Biden called us “garbage.” Then, they said no “strong intelligent” women support Trump. Now Kamala Harris’ top surrogate Kathy Hochul – the Worst and most unpopular Governor in America – calls voters “anti-women” and even “anti-American” if they support Republican candidates. The Democrat Party led by Kamala Harris is an absolute disgrace as they smear American patriots who want to save our country by supporting President Trump and Republicans. Shamefully, the closing argument from Kamala Harris’ campaign is to attack voters. One of many reasons why it will be a losing campaign (X).

Tim Walz: Trump Wants to Overturn the Constitution

Townhall: As both presidential candidates make their last bid before voters head off to the polls on Election Day, the closing arguments for both portray two very different things. Former President Donald Trump has spent his last days campaigning in swing states and advocating how he will improve this country. On the other hand, Vice President Kamala Harris and her sidekick, Gov. Tim Walz (D-Minn.), have used the final stretch to evade the policy positions again but also do nothing else but attack Trump. During his rally in Arizona on Saturday, Walz told a crowd that Trump was a “dictator” and “trying to overturn the Constitution” (Townhall). Kamala HQ: Gov. Walz: There will come a day where you’re going to be sitting on that rocking chair, and the little ones are going to ask you, ‘When everything was on the line, and there was somebody running who asked to be a dictator and wanted to overturn the Constitution and talked about using the military against our people, what did you do to stop that from happening’ (X)?

President Biden Delivers Another Major Gaffe Just Before the Election

Are you okay Mr. President? Townhall: Just days ago, Biden called former President Donald Trump’s supporters “garbage,” which backfired when he showed up to his rally in a MAGA-branded garbage truck and neon vest. It also appeared to boost his popularity in the polls. Now, Biden let another jab at Trump slip. While speaking to members of the local carpenters’ union in his hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Biden was referencing Trump and his “Republican friends” when he told the small crowd of only about 100 people that “these are the kind of guys you’d like to smack in the a–” (Townhall). RNC Research: Biden says Republicans “are the kind of guys you’d like to smack in the ass” (X).

FCC Commissioner States Kamala Harris’ Appearance on SNL Violates Equal Time Rule

Townhall: Instead of being out on the campaign trail, speaking to voters in rural areas or those who may be undecided, Vice President Kamala Harris chose to appear alongside Hollywood actress Maya Rudolph in the cameo of Saturday Night Live just days before the 2024 election. During the skit, Harris appeared as the “mirror image” of herself, played by Rudolph. The two mocked former President Donald Trump, who was wearing a neon sanitation vest in a garbage truck, President Biden’s repeated gaffes, and a few plays on words in Harris’ first name. However, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) questioned whether Harris violated its rules. FCC Brendan Carr said Harris’ skit was a “clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule” (Townhall). FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr: This is a clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule. The purpose of the rule is to avoid exactly this type of biased and partisan conduct – a licensed broadcaster using the public airwaves to exert its influence for one candidate on the eve of an election. Unless the broadcaster offered Equal Time to other qualifying campaigns (X).

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) Declines to Endorse Kamala Harris

Fox News: Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., refused to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris at a rally in Detroit, Michigan. Tlaib appeared alongside fellow “squad” member Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and members of the United Auto Workers union. While Ocasio-Cortez and other speakers threw their support behind Harris, Tlaib only urged Michiganders to get out and vote and didn’t mention Harris… Tlaib has been heavily critical of the Biden-Harris administration’s handling of Israel’s war against Hamas in Gaza. Her stance mirrors that of many Muslims and Arabs in the U.S., a demographic that has a large representation in Michigan (Fox News). Eric Daugherty: Rashida Tlaib decides NOT to endorse Kamala Harris. Trump was in Dearborn yesterday. He is endorsed by the mayor of Muslim-majority Hamtramck, Michigan. The proof is undeniable she has big issues among the Democratic base of Arab voters (X). Podcaster Shawn Farash: This is massive. Tlaib started the “uncommitted” movement there and if they sit home Kamala will have major trouble winning the state (X).

Marco Rubio (R-FL) States Media is Distorting Truth About Trump

Mediaite: Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) claimed the news media is deliberately distorting and lying about comments made by Donald Trump during a fiery debate with CBS’s Margaret Brennan. Brennan opened the discussion on Face The Nation by asking for Rubio about his thoughts on Trump’s remarks regarding Liz Cheney. Previously, Trump blasted Cheney as a “warhawk” and suggested her foreign policy would be different there were guns “shooting at her.” Rubio dismissed Brennan’s concerns about Trump’s comments, insisting that the former president was making a reasonable argument against American intervention in foreign wars. Brennan did not engage on that point — instead shifting gears to question the senator about election integrity (Mediaite). TV News Now: Senator Marco Rubio spars with CBS’s Marg Brennan: “I’ve never seen such a concerted effort.. in the last two weeks among multiple media outlets to breathlessly distort and lie.. to create and manufacture these gotcha moments against Trump” (X).

Lawsuit Filed Against Colorado Secretary of State for Attempting to Cover Up Leak of Voting Machine Passwords

Colorado Politics: The Colorado Libertarian Party sued Secretary of State Jena Griswold and her chief deputy on Friday in Denver, asking the court to decommission voting equipment and order a hand count of ballots in counties affected by the recently discovered online disclosure of hundreds of election equipment passwords. Hannah Goodman, the minor party’s state chair, and James Wiley, the Libertarian nominee in the 3rd Congressional District, argue in a lawsuit filed in Denver District Court that Griswold and Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Beall breached their public duties with the leak and their responses to it. Earlier the same day, Griswold and Gov. Jared Polis announced that all of the leaked passwords had been updated by Thursday evening and that state personnel had verified the affected voting machines are secure. The two officials, both Democrats, reiterated in a statement that the appearance of the voting equipment passwords in a spreadsheet posted online “did not pose a security threat to Colorado’s elections” and won’t affect how ballots cast in next week’s election are counted (Colorado Politics). DC Draino: The Colorado voting machine password leak gets worse…again. SoS Jena Griswold leaked the passwords *months* ago, not 5 days ago as previously mentioned. However upon being informed of the “leak”, she withheld that scandal for 5 days from county clerks. Now Colorado is scrambling to fix all these potentially hacked voting machines 4 days before the election. She never thought people would find out. She tried to hide the “leak.” But she got caught and it’s a class 5 felony (X).

Biden Authorizes Homeland Security To Hastily Grant Temporary Status To As Many Illegal Immigrants As Possible Before His Term Ends

Daily Wire: The Biden-Harris administration has authorized massive overtime so Department of Homeland Security agents can grant temporary status to as many illegal immigrants as possible before a new president is inaugurated, a Homeland Security agent told The Daily Wire. “Jason” — an alias given to the agent said supervisors have told workers in recent weeks that they should aim to clear the backlog of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applications within 120 days. Doing so would allow these illegal immigrants to live and work in the country, and shield them from deportation for two years. The department is offering 30 hours of overtime per pay period to expedite processing of the immigrants, who come from countries including Haiti, Venezuela, and Lebanon. The Department of Homeland Security would not confirm or deny the allegation, or explain its motives… “It’s much easier to approve a case than to deny a case,” he said. “Denying it comes with a lot of writing and approvals from supervisors.” “I just think the general public should know: I couldn’t tell you if the people we are approving are criminals or not, there’s no way to know unless they admit to it,” he said (Daily Wire).

Senator John Fetterman Acknowledges The Border Bill Would Have Given Amnesty to Illegals; Not Reduce Immigration

Post Millennial: Comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan spoke with Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman during an episode uploaded on Saturday, discussing how the Democrats under the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration have weaponized immigration politics. During the two-hour interview, Rogan and Fetterman covered various topics. On the issue of immigration, Fetterman argued that Republicans missed an opportunity to address the immigration crisis, saying, “They had an opportunity to do a comprehensive border-bipartisan-and that went down because Trump, he declared that that’s a bad deal after it was negotiated with the other side.” Rogan countered by pointing out that Republicans rejected the bill due to concerns over included amnesty. “But didn’t that deal also involve amnesty?” Rogan asked. “It did, yeah,” Fetterman said (Post Millennial). Elon Musk: The so-called “Secure the Border Bill” would have converted illegals to legal immigrants, legalized the illegal actions of the Biden administration and done nothing to reduce illegal immigration. It was a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Any given piece of legislation will do the opposite of its name (X).

Iran’s Retaliation Against Israel Will Be “strong and complex”

Wall Street Journal: Amid U.S. warnings against a counterattack on Israel, Iran is sending a defiant diplomatic message: It is planning a complex response involving even more powerful warheads and other weapons, said Iranian and Arab officials briefed on the plans. It remains to be seen whether the Iranian threats are real or just tough talk. Israel’s punishing airstrike against Iran on Oct. 26 shredded the country’s strategic air defenses, leaving it badly exposed and sharply raising the risks to Iran if it follows through. How the Israeli response plays out will depend on the size, nature and effectiveness of Tehran’s threatened strike. So far, Israel has refrained from hitting Iran’s oil and nuclear facilities, essential to its economy and its security, but that calculus could change, Israeli officials have said… An Egyptian official said Iran warned privately of a “strong and complex” response (Wall Street Journal). Times of Israel: An Iranian official says that because its military lost four soldiers, there is a necessity to respond (Times of Israel).
