I’ve spent years as a lawyer and professor studying the environment and public policy in the United States. In the Arizona State House, I immersed myself in Arizona’s water policy and learned as much as I could about our programs for veterans, seniors, and working families. And on the campaign trail this year, I’ve worked hard to understand what Arizonans need in Congress.
I love the details, and I love finding ways to improve the lives of the hard-working people in our communities.
That’s why I’ve made an effort to write op-eds on the top issues in this race. I want voters to hear directly from me about my plans to address our most pressing problems.

She’s ready to take that fight to Washington to find common-sense solutions to the challenges we’re facing here in Arizona's Sixth Congressional District.
