I spent the day with Ohio Senate candidate, Bernie Moreno. We must do whatever we can to help him.

John, I made a special trip to Ohio from South Carolina. While we might be rivals when it comes to college football, I was glad to travel up north to help out a new friend, and someone who needs to be my colleague in the United States Senate. Bernie Moreno. Bernie is just the right person we need in the United States Senate. He’s lived the American dream. He’s worked hard and built a business. He knows what it means to provide a paycheck for his employees. He’s standing up and running for this seat because he wants to give back to our country, which gave him so much. He wants to protect the American dream for the next generation. He’s running against Sherrod Brown, who is one of the most reliable votes for the Harris-Biden agenda. When President Trump wins back the White House, it’s Bernie who will work with him. Sherrod Brown will stop the Trump agenda at every turn. That’s why we need to retire Sherrod Brown and elect Bernie Moreno. Will you help him? Let me explain why this race is so important, and why I am asking you to help Bernie Moreno. The latest polling has him up 2 points (51% to 49%) despite being outraised by 3 to 1. It’s the most expensive Senate race this cycle. If Bernie wins in Ohio, we will win a Republican Senate majority. If you’ve already given it to Bernie, thank you. But now I am asking you to do it again — even if it’s just $5. We are so close to restoring sanity in Washington. Electing Bernie Moreno in Ohio is an important step in the right direction.
