Election Day is just 48 hours away.

We’ve been racking our brains trying to figure out how to convince you to make a donation before we run out of time.

We figured the best way was to be completely honest with you. So, here goes:

The polls have this race tied. Kari Lake may be a bit ahead, but we’re close. We’re confident we can win if we raise what we need to finish the job. But frankly, we’re flat broke.

It’s okay — don’t panic yet. We planned for this.

At this point in the race, you start every day by allocating everything you raised the previous day, down to the cent. We spend down what we’ve got, and then we refill our warchest when folks like you chip in to an email like this, or a text. Then, the next day, we start the process all over again.

It’s risky — no doubt about it. But cutting it this close is the only way to make sure we’re doing everything we possibly can to win. And we’re depending on folks like you, our most dedicated supporters, to step in when we need them most.

And, again, in complete honesty… we have never needed you more than we do right now.

Please. If you’re in a position to do it, chip in anything you can to Ruben’s campaign. We’ve got to raise about $1.5 million before midnight on Election Day. It’s what we need to fund our efforts in these final days.
