You may know me as Mikey from The Goonies, the hobbit Samwise Gamgee from The Lord of the Rings, or maybe just as Rudy.

But today, I am writing as an American to ask you to do something incredibly important for the future of our country.

With just 48 hours to go, the Senate race in Nebraska between union leader Dan Osborn and Republican Deb Fischer is the closest in the entire country – and what happens in Nebraska on Election Night will have enormous consequences.

I met Dan Osborn a few months ago and immediately thought: This guy is rock-solid. Dan is an everyday blue-collar worker who led a successful strike as the president of his local union and served our country in the U.S. Navy and Nebraska National Guard. There is no one like Dan Osborn in the Senate.

If Dan Osborn defeats Republican Deb Fischer and flips this Senate seat, he will be the 51st vote to defend our democracy, protect our freedoms, and build a better country for every American. But if he loses… Well, I don’t like to think about that.

Dan's not taking any money from corporate PACs, so that means he’s counting on people like us if he’s going to be able to fight back against the Super PACs and win his incredibly important Senate race.

I’m personally asking: Will you rush a donation to Dan Osborn’s campaign for U.S. Senate to help him defeat Republican Deb Fischer and win Nebraska’s Senate seat?
