I wanted to make sure you know how I’m feeling about this week. On Tuesday night, polls will close in an election that will change our country forever — for better or for worse.
After spending weeks canvassing and engaging with voters in Washington and in swing states across the country, I believe that voters will make the right choice. But we owe it to ourselves to do everything we can until the moment polls close.
I know that with Kamala Harris in the White House and Democratic majorities in Congress, we’ll have the opportunity to move the country forward. By restoring reproductive rights, expanding Medicare, raising the minimum wage, strengthening unions, and so much more.
But right now we’re up against a deadline none of us can ignore – the most important one we’ve had since we beat Donald Trump the last time in 2020.
Our campaign is relying on grassroots donations from people like you to get over the finish line AND bring Kamala Harris and Democrats in tough districts along with us, so we can take back Congress and move forward with our agenda.
We cannot slip up now — not with the polls as tight as they are in the most important election of our lifetimes.
Everything from our progressive agenda to our democracy itself hinges on the next 48 hours. And I’m determined to do everything I can to make sure we succeed.
But none of us can do it all alone, so I need your help in this critical final stretch. We’re in this together, and we have to make every second count.
