Comments from volunteers: Was great to meet and volunteer with so many people locally (Placerville). I had a lot of positive feedback from drivers! Exhilarating and very positive!! I needed to "do something ". I met some nice like-minded people. I experienced more public support than I expected. In this majority "red" county it's important to let people in the minority know they're not alone. We had a great time, got lots of honks and waves and surprisingly had fewer rude gestures and shouts. Comments from volunteers: First timer & thought it was well-organized, but my favorite part was the heart. People committed to our democracy Great energy! Great. I met some great people...new to EDC and turned them on to the woman's group and the democratic club in Placerville.  It was terrific, we received a lot of positive responses So much fun! Overwhelmingly positive! We need to be visible and show enthusiasm for democrats and democracy! Comments from volunteers: t was great being around other joyous, like-minded people, in regard to our political stance, and to display it to others, in hopes that it will inspire them to take action too. Had a great time, nice to see everyone out there and all the positive honking. The event was well-organized and thank you for the email updates. Stacie was good in her group introduction and checked in with us throughout the event. We appreciated the offers of drinking water. all in all, a nice sense of camaraderie. We Still Need Volunteers! During the last two days of the election cycle, making sure that our supporters return their ballots is fundamental to winning our targeted races.
