Welcome back to Team Elise's weekly newsletter! We send a weekly note to
Elise's supporters to update you on what she's working on in Capitol Hill and
across NY-21!


Here are a few top Team Elise updates and stories we have been tracking for
the past week!


EARLY IN-PERSON VOTING ENDS TODAY!


It all comes down to this. We are just over 48 hours away from the most
consequential election of our lifetime. Elise and President Trump are counting
on NY-21 patriots to FLOOD THE POLLS to save New York and save America!


Early in-person voting in New York ends TODAY! If you can, please lock in your
vote early and bring a family member, friend, or neighbor with you. Early
voting locations and hours vary by county, you can find yourshere

If you have a vote-by-mail ballot, please return it as soon as possible so the
Board of Elections can process your vote. Your ballot must be mailed on or
before November 5th!

On Election Day, polls will open at 6am and stay open until 9pm. IF YOU ARE
STANDING IN LINE TO VOTE AT 9PM DO NOT LEAVE - YOU ARE ENTITLED TO CAST YOUR

After she voted early in person on Wednesday, Elise stated on X –


“Today, I voted early in person in Saratoga County and proudly cast my vote
for President @realdonaldtrump and Republicans up and down the ballot. I voted
NO on Proposition 1 in order to protect parental rights and to oppose taxpayer
funds for illegals in New York State.

This is the most important election in my lifetime. Our country needs
President Trump’s strong and effective leadership to secure the border, lower
inflation and grow our economy, support law enforcement, and deliver peace
through strength with strong national security policies. As a mother, I am

MARK CUBAN’S SEXIST AND DISGRACEFUL COMMENTS ABOUT WOMEN SUPPORTING TRUMP


Mark Cuban went on The View to say that “there are no strong, intelligent
women” who support President Trump. Elise took to Fox News to respond to those
claims.

“Absolutely not, and, Martha, it was not about an issue. Mark Cuban
specifically said there are no strong and intelligent women who support Trump
and that he doesn't surround himself with strong and intelligent women. I’m
proud to be the highest-ranking woman in the United States Congress. When I
first ran, I was the youngest woman ever elected in history–the most senior
woman on the Armed Services Committee and the Intelligence Committee. I’m proud
to support President Trump and to be one of his closest allies. And that attack
by Mark Cuban was an attack on tens of millions of hardworking women across
this country: moms, grandmothers, daughters, sisters, friends. You have women
from the factory floor to the executive suites, veterans, Gold Star mothers,
Gold Star wives who proudly support President Trump. It is a disgrace, and
Democrats have an uncanny ability to say what they think, to show their disdain
for the American people. And just two days ago Joe Biden, the sitting President
of the United States, called 250 million Americans garbage. And then we have
Kamala Harris’ top ally basically calling women who support President Trump
weak and dumb, saying that you can’t be strong and intelligent to support
President Trump. That is the disgraceful closing argument that Democrats are
making. The Trump campaign, their closing argument is he’s going to secure the
border, save the American Dream, grow the economy, and bring back peace through
strength. He will fix this broken mess that Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have
created.”

Elise joined WTEN News Albany to discuss the state of the Presidential
election, President Trump’s positive gains in all of the key battleground
districts, and the historic inroads he has made in New York State which will
help grow the House Republican Majority, and flip the US Senate.


NORTHERN BORDER NIGHTMARE


According to new data from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Fiscal
Year 2024 saw the second-highest number of illegal immigrant crossings in U.S.
history. On Friday, Elise shared an article from The Center Square which
reported that under the Biden-Harris Administration, more than 14 million
illegal immigrants entered the country.

“Nearly THREE MILLION illegal immigrants crossed our borders in FY 2024.

Since Kamala Harris took office, there have been at least 14 MILLION illegal
crossings.

I stand with our hardworking border patrol agents as they combat this
invasion.”

The Biden-Harris Administration’s failures are so rampant that U.S. Customs
and Border Patroldirectors are stating on the record that the Northern Border
is “wide open” and that they can no longer guarantee our safety.

On Tuesday, Elise shared the results of a recent Wall Street Journal poll
which showed a majority of Americans disapproving of Kamala Harris’s handling
of crime, our economy, and the border. The American people recognize that the
Biden-Harris Administration is inept and after 4 years of crisis after crisis
they are ready for a change in the White House.

Earlier this week, the Department of Homeland Security announced that there
were more than 600 members of the Tren de Aragua gang who crossed the border
illegally and are currently at large in the United States. On Tuesday, Elise
shared the story and called out Kamala Harris on X.


In her post, Elise stated –


“At least 600 Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members are roaming FREELY across
the United States.

Kamala Harris owns this national security threat and the American people know
it.”

On Wednesday, a Vermont resident living along the border captured footage of
illegal immigrants crossing through his property within hours of setting up his
trail camera. He captured another group crossing the following night, this time
being escorted by a guide. On X, Elise called out Kamala Harris and Chuck
Schumer for refusing to pass House Republicans’ H.R. 2- the Secure the Border
Act.


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“Illegals continue to openly invade our Northern Border as a result of failed
open border policies.

If Kamala Harris were serious about securing the border, she would call on
Chuck Schumer to pass the Secure the Border Act immediately. VOTE TRUMP!”

Elise Speaks at President Trump’s Historic Rally at Madison Square Garden


Elise had a busy Sunday ahead of President Trump’s historic rally at Madison
Square Garden. She joined Fox & Friends Sunday Morning where she discussed the
enthusiasm of Republican voters across the country turning out to bank their
vote early. Elise also joined Joe Pinion on Newsmax where the pair discussed
President Trump’s inroads in New York and his winning America First Message in
contrast to Kamala Harris’ catastrophic foreign policy failures. In her
interview with ABC News Live, Elise discussed the GOP’s efforts to ensure a
free and fair election and gave a preview of what was to come at the rally!

On stage at Madison Square Garden, Elise kicked off her speech with a message

Elise Visits Poopie’s DiManno’s Lunch in Warren County, Democrats Illegally
Forge Letter From Owner in SECOND Smear Campaign


On Wednesday, Radical Far Left Democrats illegally forged a letter from a
well-known and beloved small business owner and friend of Elise, Jerry DiManno
of Poopie's DiManno's Lunch. This the second election cycle in a row where the
Democrats attempted this same smear campaign. Elise visited Poopie’s that
afternoon to meet with voters and even helped behind the counter!


Elise stated –


“It is absolutely reprehensible that Radical Far Left Democrats are illegally
targeting my longtime friend and supporter Jerry DiManno.

This ridiculous false smear campaign, once again shows the depravity and
desperation of the Far Left, working to disgracefully and illegally sway this
election away from Republicans. News for them — it will not work. Everyone
knows Jerry is one of President Trump's and my strongest supporters in the
district.

Republicans will win big up and down the ticket to save New York and save
America.”


Jerry DiManno stated –


"For the second time, Far Left Democrats and Never Trumpers are so desperate
they sent out a false mailer claiming to be me, to illegally send out false
mailers under my name disparaging the Congresswoman now two election cycles in

Biden Calls Trump Supporters Garbage, Democrats in Freefall


On Wednesday, President Biden told CNN “The only garbage I see floating out
there is [Trump] supporters” when discussing a comedian’s joke from Sunday’s
rally. Despite attempts by the White House mainstream media to walk back the
comments and modify the transcripts, they can’t hide the utter contempt the
Democratic elite have for us.

“Joe Biden called the American people who support Trump “garbage.”

And now Kamala Harris is on stage in front of the White House and owns this
hateful rhetoric.

President Trump will unify and Save America from this chapter of weakness and
moral decay under this Far Left Socialist Democrat regime.

Elise Visits Lewis County


On Tuesday, Elise visited with constituents in Lewis County. She toured the
Lowville Central School in the morning, and in the evening she spoke at the
Lewis County GOP dinner!

“Great day in Lewis County #NY21! Toured the Lowville Central School to see
the longterm impact of two horrific floods which my office is working to
deliver over $6M of funding for repairs. The students, teachers, and
administrators showed such resilience to open for the school year to ensure
students were learning in classrooms. And then attended the Annual GOP County
Dinner where there is lots of enthusiasm to vote Republican! 🇺🇲”

Elise’s Op-Ed In The Wall Street Journal: What Is the FBI Hiding About Iran?


On Sunday, Elise revealed the FBI’s deep corruption in an op-ed published in
The Wall Street Journal. She is demanding the Federal Bureau of Investigations
answer her questions regarding their probe into Tehran's malign effort to
interfere with President Donald Trump's presidential campaign.


Here are the questions the FBI is refusing to answer –


“1. When and how did the FBI learn of the initial Iranian efforts targeting
the Trump campaign? What individual(s) made the notification to the FBI? Who
received the initial notification within the FBI?
2. When did the FBI provide notification to both presidential campaigns
regarding Iran's efforts targeting the Trump campaign?
3.When and how did the FBI become aware that Iran conducted a cyber operation
into the Trump campaign and exfiltrated data?
4. Who informed the FBI of the cyber operation and who received the
notification? Was the notification made by an entity or individual(s)?
5. When did the FBI notify both presidential campaigns that Iran carried out
a cyber operation on the Trump campaign and successfully exfiltrated data?
6. Does the FBI consider this cyber hack election interference by a foreign
government, and what remedy is available to counteract this attack?
7. Is there any intelligence that Iran carried out similar hacking activity
on the Biden-Harris or Harris-Walz campaign?
8. When and how did the FBI become aware that material exfiltrated in the
Iranian hacking operation of the Trump campaign was transmitted to an
individual affiliated with the Biden or Harris campaign?
9. When and how did the FBI become aware that the hacked material from the
Trump campaign was sent to the media?
10. What contact has the FBI had with the media regarding the publication of
illegally hacked material? Which media outlets? What was the recommendation
from the FBI to the media outlets regarding the hacked material?
11.Is the FBI aware of who is responsible for sending the hacked material to
members of the media and the Biden or Harris campaign? If yes, who?
12. Did anyone on or associated with the Biden or Harris campaign contact the
FBI, other law enforcement agencies, or anyone else in the intelligence
community regarding the attempts by Iran to provide hacked Trump campaign
materials? If so, what date did the Biden or Harris campaign make contact?
13. How did the FBI use the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act's Section
702 in this case?”


Elise went on to say –


“The FBI could easily and quickly answer these questions without impeding any
investigation or revealing sources, methods or classified information. Its
refusal to do so suggests it is hiding information that would reflect poorly on
the FBI-perhaps an attempt to influence the election through when and whom it
notified, or the complicity of Democratic presidential operatives in this
foreign election interference.”

Elise Statement on Communist Chinese Election Interference


This week, Microsoft identified a covert network of social media bots operated
by Chinese agents trying to influence American voters to oppose President Trump
and other Republican candidates.


Elise stated –


“Communist China’s blatant and malicious election interference against the
leading candidate for President of the United States, President Donald J.
Trump, is absolutely unacceptable. The Biden-Harris Administration must
immediately condemn this illegal action taken by Xi Jinping and hold the CCP
accountable. As we approach the most important election of our generation, it
is critical that the United States uphold the integrity of our elections, fully
investigate these unprecedented Communist Chinese actions, and hold those
responsible fully accountable. In the face of first Iranian and now Communist
Chinese election interference on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ watch, it is more
important than ever that President Trump win this election and restore American
peace through strength around the world."

Elise’s Statement on House Select Subcommittee’s Criminal Referral of Andrew
Cuomo


On Thursday, the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic
referred Andrew Cuomo to the Department of Justice for prosecution for making
“materially false statements” in his testimony.


Elise stated –


“Disgraced former NY Governor Andrew Cuomo stonewalled the investigation of
the House COVID Select Committee, refused to apologize to the families of the
more than 15,000 New York seniors killed due to his COVID nursing home
directive, and openly committed a felony by lying to Congress. As I have said
for years, Cuomo is a corrupt criminal that belongs behind bars. America heard
his lies firsthand when he knowingly covered up his responsibility for the
deadly nursing home executive order, doubled down on his disastrous policies
refusing to accept culpability for his crimes.

I have been at the forefront of demanding accountability from being the first
elected official to call for his resignation, demanding independent
investigations, and spearheading countless letters to HHS and the DOJ, to
demanding answers during a congressional hearing with the disgraced former
governor. The COVID Select Committee’s criminal referral is an important next
step to deliver long overdue justice for the thousands of New York families
grieving the loved ones lost by Cuomo’s corruption, carelessness, and crimes. I
urge the Department of Justice to take immediate action. Andrew Cuomo will
never hold public office again and must be held criminally responsible.”

Elise on the Ground in Bucks County Pennsylvania


Over the weekend, Elise was on the ground in Bucks County Pennsylvania working
to get out the vote! On Friday evening Elise spoke at the county GOP dinner
along with Senator Joni Ernst (IA) and Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01).
Elise spent Saturday afternoon knocking on doors with Trump Force 47! The
voters they spoke with are more enthusiastic than ever to elect Republicans up
and down the ticket on November 5th!
