Many of you know me and my story, but I think it's important we always come back to why we are here, in this race, right now: We are seeing one of the least efficient, most partisan governments that America has ever faced.

I ran on a promise: Reaching across the aisle and fixing it. I was elected in the special this year and have set out every day on that mission, but our fight is far from over.
