My opinion piece on CNN shares promising solutions

Dear John,
Do you feel confident that you, your loved ones and friends can access reproductive health care—including things like contraception or abortion—during the pandemic?
Many people in the United States don’t have access to such care right now—and where Ipas works in the developing world, vast numbers of people can’t access reproductive health services. But that doesn’t mean people don’t need this care, now more than ever. Experts predict we’ll see millions more unsafe abortions this year as a result of interrupted contraceptive supplies, clinic closures, the suspension of abortion services and increased sexual violence—all related to the pandemic.
That’s why Ipas staff and partners around the world are working furiously to protect access to contraception and abortion. I shared many examples of the promising innovations that are emerging in an opinion piece published by CNN last week. I invite you to read and share with your networks.
