Dear friends,

It all comes down to these final days. As we stand at an inflection point in history in the most consequential election of our lifetime, I ask that we sprint to the finish line and leave it all out on the field.

This week, Brooklyn Young Democrats spearheaded the organizing with Manhattan Young Democrats and young dems chapters across the city in an immensely successful and historic press conference and rally condemning Trump’s MSG anti-Latino and racist hate rally. We stood up to Trump’s fascism and raised our voices as young people to urge voters to vote for Kamala Harris and reject Trump once and for all.

Brooklyn Young Democrats has also been fighting to elect democrats on all fronts, from Pennsylvania to Southern Brooklyn and Upstate. And now we are down to the wire. As we approach the final days of this critical election, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your dedication and tireless efforts. BYD members have worked relentlessly, volunteering for Democratic candidates and advocating for the causes we believe in. Your commitment is building a better future for our borough, our state, and our nation.

We stand together in the belief that America’s promise is one where everyone—regardless of background or identity—has a place in our vibrant, multi-racial democracy. It’s a promise where freedoms are safeguarded and where we collectively strive to protect the most vulnerable among us. As Coach Walz famously says, “Let’s leave it all on the field,” so that when November 6th arrives, we know we fought with everything we had.

Together, we will defeat Donald Trump and elect Kamala Harris, paving the way for a brighter, more inclusive future for all. Let’s keep pushing until the very end.
