Dear Friend,
I know we’ve been bombarding you with election-related emails but we really want to make sure you don’t sit this one out. Why?
Because there’s a lot on the line this election. It’s not just about the next four years and who will be president. The next president will nominate anywhere from 1 to 3 new U.S Supreme Court justices who will serve for life! [1] This is the court that my 3 year-old and your children will have into adulthood!
Think about what you care about most. Is it reproductive healthcare? Clean drinking water and air for our kids to breathe? Civil rights and LGBTQ+ rights? Democracy? Gun safety laws? All of that and so much more will go before the Supreme Court in the coming years.
As a mom, I want what I think most parents want: to raise my child in a nation where he is safe, healthy, and has more rights than his grandparents did. I want to be free to make the best decisions for myself and my family. But to make that a reality, we need a Supreme Court that won’t turn back the clock with radical decisions on women’s rights, on gun safety, on all the things we want for our families. This is why we need to elect Kamala Harris to president so she can create a Supreme Court that is fairer and more just—a Supreme Court we’ll want our children to live under when they are adults.
It’s incredibly important that we get the word out that the U.S. Supreme Court is on the ballot this election. Forward this email to five of your friends and help us explain how vital this election is to the future of the court and our rights by reposting our explainer video on social media:

Why is reposting our video and reminding our friends and family to vote important? Because believe it or not, there are still undecided voters out there. But two-thirds of moms in swing states believe that the Supreme Court was wrong to overturn Roe v. Wade. Another two-thirds disagree with the Court’s recent decision to overturn a 100-year-old gun safety law in New York. And 60 percent are “very concerned” with the Court’s decision this term not to guarantee access to emergency abortion care. [2]
The Court so many moms disagree with is the radical Court created by Donald Trump! In the 2024 election we have the opportunity to move forward and create a more just and fair court by electing Vice President Kamala Harris as president OR we can turn back the clock, revoke more of our rights, and put our children’s future at risk by making the current Court even more extremist with the election of Donald Trump.
I know what I want for my son’s future and the future of our country. I want our freedoms protected, our healthcare decisions guaranteed, safety for all children, and a secure democracy.
Make sure we get that by voting on or before November 5th for Kamala Harris and help us spread the word about the importance of the Supreme Court in this election. Don’t forget to repost our Supreme Court explainer video on social media.
