You’ve likely heard of Mark Robinson-–the GOP candidate for governor with a long list of bigoted remarks, controversial opinions, and wild conspiracy theories.

This is the man who told women they should “keep their skirts down,” self-identifies as a “Black Nazi,” and suggests transgender people should “find a corner outside somewhere.”

You’d think statements like these would disqualify him. But he still has a strong base of supporters. If someone with a history like Robinson’s can still be in the running, we’re facing a bigger problem than just one election.

Robinson winning could set North Carolina back decades, empowering hate and divisiveness in our state.

I want young people to know that the path to power isn’t paved by discrimination and inflammatory rhetoric. So, will you help me stand against hateful rhetoric like Robinson’s and ensure he doesn’t get elected by chipping into my voter outreach fund right now?
