[link removed] [[link removed]]Hi John, it’s former United States Senator Barbara Boxer.
I know a few things about winning elections here in California, so I want to give you a peek behind the scenes on where things stand:
First, here’s what’s at stake: Political analysts, the media, and even *Republicans* themselves agree that control of the U.S. House is likely to come down to California in this election.
And now, new polling shows Democrats taking the lead in the “must-win” swing seats . But the one thing that can trip us up now, is not having the resources needed to seal the deal and flip these districts.
That’s why I’m asking you to make a special donation to the California Democratic Party’s Swing Seat Fund so that we can deploy organizers, keep regional offices open later, print more literature, organize more canvases, and more. Will you pitch in? [[link removed]]

CHIP IN $ >> [[link removed]]Just this past week, The Cook Political Report revealed their analysis that there are FIVE Republican-held seats in California that are pure tossups: CA-27, CA-41, CA-22, CA-13, CA-45.
This is more tossup seats than ANY other state in the country. And across these seats, polling shows Democrats taking the momentum .
With these swing districts in California *alone*, Democrats can retake the U.S. House and fire Speaker Mike Johnson.
But the problem is that because the media has been so focused on the buzzy swing states in the presidential contest, Democrats have not been paying attention to California and our make-or-break role in the battle for U.S. House control.
We need to shift into high gear and ensure all these competitive districts have the resources needed to flip blue next week. That’s why I am personally asking you to make a special gift of $ or more. Will you help? [[link removed]]
