John, it's not every day I get to share that WE'RE SUING THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!
Let me be more specific -- we're suing the Biden Administration's Department of Education Secretary Miguel Cardona for censoring parents who dare to speak out against the left's sinister plan to hijack your child's mind.
And I'm asking you to sign this CITIZEN PROTEST in support of our newest lawsuit.
Please let me explain…
Our client, Nicole Solas, is a courageous mother of two from Rhode Island.
She refused to blindly trust that the leftists running her children's school had their best interests at heart -- so she requested to view the curriculum being taught in her child's kindergarten class.
Nicole quickly learned the only way to find out what's really going on in schools is to file public records requests -- and it cost her $74,000 in fees just to obtain public records that should be readily available to parents!
Worse, the teachers' union SUED Nicole to try to stop the school district from providing her with the curriculum and public records she requested.
John, if I know you, you're wondering what is the school district hiding?
Well, Nicole did not back down. She did not waver. And now, she's exposing the pornographic materials educators use in the classroom to sexualize young children.
No child should be exposed to pornography -- but we're specifically talking about a kindergarten curriculum. Little 5- and 6-year-old children!
Is this what you want for your kids or grandkids?
I have an 8-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son, and just thinking about this makes me sick -- so I hope you can see why I'm asking you to sign this CITIZEN PROTEST right now.
Because believe it or not, this story gets worse…
Biden's Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona used his official government account on X to condemn efforts to "censor" books -- so Nicole exercised her First Amendment rights in response.
She replied to Secretary Cardona's post by posting cartoon images from the controversial "banned" book Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic.
The images are cartoon drawings of teenage children performing sexual acts on each other.
Secretary Cardona apparently agreed that such images were not appropriate for public view because within minutes of Nicole’s reply post, he used X's "hide" function to censor the post from public view.
Too inappropriate for X but not for young children in public schools seems to be the Department of Education’s position on pornography.
That's why I'm thrilled that we are suing Secretary Cardona for violating Nicole's First Amendment rights.
You know what they say, daylight is the best disinfectant and Nicole is shining a whole lot of light on what is really going on in the classroom.
I hope you'll join us by adding your name to this CITIZEN PROTEST.
You and I cannot allow government officials to get away with leveraging their power to discriminate against viewpoints that make them look bad or that they disagree with.
The left wants to abolish your First Amendment rights and if we give them an inch, they'll take a mile. Thank you in advance for standing with us -- and for standing with Nicole -- in this critical new lawsuit.
