Something major at the Supreme Court, Jack Smith's bogus case against Trump, demanding government agency provides religious accommodations, victory for religious speech and churches . . .
ACLJ Newsletter

John,

We warned you this was coming, and we only have 3 days to stop it.

The Biden-Harris DOJ is fighting in court in multiple states to allow illegal immigrants to vote. Other states are trying to allow illegal votes to count.

This is a deliberate assault on the integrity of our elections – just days before the biggest election in a generation.

"Border Czar" Kamala Harris' open border policies have flooded the country with illegal immigrants, and now the DOJ is trying to use the courts to block states from preventing illegal voting.

We're mobilizing our legal team to fight back. We're manning our Election Integrity Hotline all weekend. We're filing FOIAs over the Biden-Harris illegal voting plot, and we've already filed – and WON – at the Supreme Court this week. There will be many other election challenges.

We just launched our Faith & Freedom Drive to equip us with the resources we need to continue these Supreme Court fights. We urgently need your support today to defend the integrity of this critical election. Have your gift DOUBLED: $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Have Your Gift Doubled To Defend Election Integrity.

We're in the final 3 days of this election. The survival of our constitutional republic depends on the integrity of our elections. Take urgent action with us.

Special Counsel Jack Smith LOST at the Supreme Court and still issued a new indictment against President Trump. It's outrageous political weaponization of the criminal justice system.

A federal court already ruled he was unconstitutionally appointed. Yet he's still trying to bring unconstitutional charges against Trump.

JUST HOURS AGO, we took URGENT legal action to remove Smith in federal appeals court. Take action with us.

An employee of a California public agency contacted us after his employer refused to give him Sundays off to go to church.

We sent a demand letter insisting the employer grant him a reasonable accommodation to observe the Sabbath without penalty or loss of pay.

If his employer does not comply with the law, we will take further legal action.

A local town targeted a Christian pastor, banning him from using public rooms in the library for "Bible studies." The town even demanded that a newspaper take down his advertisements for prayer in the local park.

We quickly fired off a demand letter over these outrageous attacks on a Christian pastor.

After receiving our demand letter, town officials conceded that everyone is free to use public parks and open spaces and also agreed to allow our client to use the library's meeting room. This victory was only possible because he was willing to stand up for his faith.

Finally, we just launched our Faith & Freedom Drive. Our constitutional republic hangs in the balance, and we need you. Have your gift DOUBLED to defend the integrity of this election and the Constitution with us today.
