As we approach this historic election, I’m convinced that what our nation needs most right now is prayer: Prayer for conversion of hearts and for the protection of children.
For this reason, I am hosting a pre-election virtual prayer meeting ([link removed] ) this Monday, and I hope you will join us.

This prayer meeting will be a declaration of hope and faith in a time marked by challenges and uncertainty. On our own we can do nothing, but with God, all things are possible.
During this time of prayer, we will implore God’s providence and ask for His mercy. We pray for a movement of conversion across our entire nation.
If you are unable to join us live, please join us in personal prayer nonetheless.
Lord, we come before You with hopeful and trusting hearts. You alone can do all things.
We ask for Your grace to work in our hearts so that we may be converted to Your ways.
We ask for a wave of conversion among all American voters and political candidates.
We ask for the defeat of statewide ballot initiatives that would legalize the killing of children through all nine months of pregnancy in states such as Florida, Missouri, South Dakota, Arizona, Montana, Nebraska, Maryland, New York, Nevada, and Colorado.
Fill the pro-life heroes who are currently in jail with Your peace and with the gift of perseverance. Move the hearts of judges and safety officials to recognize the true criminal activity that is used against innocent babies every day.
Lord, we trust You. Keep us in Your peace and give us the strength needed to keep defending others, whatever the cost, just as You did.
Amen.
